Montreal based designer. Super well made beautiful soft pants. Generous size waist band. There is some nice stretch to the pants as fabric consist of 70% Rayon, 23% Polyester, 7% Spandex. Cute little ankle slit on outside of pants. Pre-owned, however my friend might have worn it once. Size 1 equates to size 4-6. Measurements on photos.
