Ugg chayze platform sneakers size 9 or 10 11

Excellent pre owned condition. Please note this shoe seems to fit quite large according to my observation and reviews online. It's says it's size 9 but it's more like a 10 or even 10.5. I have added measurements:the sole is about 10 inches or slightly over 10 inches. European size 40 US 9 but I put it down as a 10.
