Unbranded funky sweater with slit arms

I fell in love with this sweater, but unfortunately could not find a comparable anywhere online. All I know is it starts with a P and ends with a T and it’s a really cute sweater that shows high-quality and style. The size tag has also been cut out so the best I can do is that it is very stretchy and the bottom of the sweater is 13 inches. If anyone knows the designer, can you please let me know.
