Black waterproof & breathable Storm pant. Absolutely fantastic for outdoor activity. 34” waist with adjustable waist tabs if you want tighter. Zip and snap bottom hem. 31” inseam which is why I am selling as I am only 5’2” and I would have to hem these mid zipper so won’t work. I wanted these for walking my dog in wet and snowy weather. Wear over a base layer or pants. Zipper cuff so you can undo to boots. Brand new with tags. I am so sad as these fit me beautifully around the waist and hips. I am a 12. Just too long for short little me.
