The brand is Under Armour. Inside tag is missing so size is unknown but I'd say they're probably an xs - flat lay measurements are approximately 11" waist, 8.75" rise & 22" inseam. Some minor peeling on the back logo (I'm assuming from how they were previously kept folded) because aside from that these are in great condition & don't appear to have been worn much previously.
