Union Bay Vintage Culottes

Union Bay Culottes Vintage (late 80s early 90s I suspect) Vintage size 9 (FITS like a SIZE 0) Cotton polyester blended Black with a slight sheen (making it look like a light black or very dark grey in some lighting) Gathering at waist band to give the culottes a fuller and more feminine appearance. Closure is a button and tie. Has pockets! Excellent condition, especially considering its age. Very little signs of wear.
