Can be worn on or off the shoulder Couldn't read the fabric composition (tag is in Japanese) but I would say it feels like a cotton blend with stretch. Reposhing this item I purchased from @vanessafh. Beautiful rust colour in a soft fabric but sadly didn't work on me!
