Uniqlo GU Beige Pinafore Dress with pockets and lining

Selling a new without tag GU pinafore style dress (the fashionable sister brand of Uniqlo JP, and the closest store is in Soho NYC) Only tried on but have the tag removed. Bought it in Hong Kong so the sizing is different. It fits like a Small or Medium rather than a Large imo. Please check measurements. I am also selling the black version of the same dress, please check my closet if you are interested! (They are in the same size so I am using the measurement picture of the black dress)
