Uniqlo GU Black Pinafore Dress with pockets and lining

Selling a new without tag GU pinafore style dress (the fashionable sister brand of Uniqlo JP, and the closest store is in Soho NYC) Only tried on but have the tag removed. Bought it in Hong Kong so the sizing is different. It fits like a Small or Medium rather than a Large imo. Please check measurements. I am also selling the beige version of the same dress, please check my closet if you are interested!
