Ok so, this is originally a dress, buuut the belt ran away, so duster! The loops are still there ready for a belt, though, if desired as a cinched in dress for a very polished but relaxed silhouette. Also works great open as a duster with some jeans or shorts (especially of the sun is not your friend) and ... it has pockets!
