Uniqlo striped popover blouse

Fresh blue & white collarless blouse with thin vertical stripes. A nice feminine twist on a classic menswear fabric. In excellent condition. V-slit neckline. 2 buttons at cuffs. Rounded split side hem. Quite long, almost a tunic style. Size small but has a loose, oversized cut. Note approx measurements: 21” across chest 18.5” across shoulders 28” long 21.5” long sleeves (measured from shoulder seam)
