Unique Canadian Designer Dress

Believe this was handmade by a Canadian designer, hence the tiny tiny size (feels like a sample for a runway). Its gorgeous and full of detail, giving patchwork vibes. Great quality fabric and construction, this would be stunning on an XXS frame (it doesnt even fit on my mannequin). Or it could be deconstructed and turned into a skirt and modified top, which was my initial idea (just have too many projects!)
