Unique Cat skater skirt, red, size smalll

I ordered this skirt from a European shop on Etsy a few years ago . Never wore it, too cute too be hanging in my closest!Red with a black cat face on the front and a tail on the back . Size small, NWT. I’m 5’8 and it hits me a few inches above my knee.
