Unique Green Blazer with Chain Accent

Brand new - No pets/non-smoking home Turkish brand "Serpil" - purchased while in Turkey on vacation a couple years ago. Never got around to wearing it. Says it's a size 48 but I purchased it to wear as an oversized piece. Missing a single rhinestone from top left of blazer as shown in the fifth picture.
