Unique Knit Mini Skirt

Bought this at a craft show. Adorable mini skirt, bum Warmer. Super stretchy. Made from recycled cardigan. Can be worn with jeans or legging. Waist and hips measurment in picture. It is 13 inches long. Never worn. No material label. I am 5’ 9” and between size 8 and 10 and it fits me.
