Unique Vintage Colorful Skirt Set (Petite/XS) -- no Tags and looks to be Handmade. This Lovely Colorful Skirt Set has been marked as Petite/XS largely because of the small bust size, but it may also fit those who take a size Small (or a petite Teen) depending on body measurements. Color is red with an orange tint. This Skirt Set is in Great Condition and would make a lovely Festival Outfit. Both the Top and the Skirt are fully lined...the top layer being more sheer. The Skirt is a wrap-around with a tie, so there is some flexibility on the width dependent on how tight you tie it up. The Top has a Scarf attached to wrap as you please, and one side has Metal Snap Buttons. Lovely Unique Piece. Laying down, the Skirt measures approximately 15 inches across at the Waist, 17 1/2 inches at the Hip, and 22 inches in length. The Top measures approximately 13 inches from armpit to armpit and 13 inches long. The attached Scarf is approximately 31 inches in length.
