Unique Vintage Black Beaded Sequin Women's Skirt

Super unique cool vintage beaded sequin skirt. The underlay has a really cool sequin pattern that becomes subtle with the flowing sheer layers overtop. Sizing is confusing as it’s labelled 2XL but fits me both low and high waisted thanks to the stretchy waist band and I’m a size 4. I listed it as a size 4 because of that. Waist is 14 inches sitting with possible stretch to 16 inches.
