Great overall condition. There is a small hole in the back at the top of the vest. Could easily be fixed with some thread or worn as is. There's no labels attached. It really reminds me of a Susan Bristol design because of the style and Embellishments. I received it as a gift many moons ago, so I'm really not sure where it was purchased. Truly is One Of a Kind!
