long sleeve aqua blue midi with fine stripes and lace style trimmings. Styled with ruffles at neck and cuffs. Flower ribbon trim on “vest” snaps at waist. Quite sheer, perhaps nylon material. Light and flowy. Reminds me of sound of music. No tags - appears handmade. Beautiful vintage dress.
