Unique Vintage Semi Sheer Cream with Black Polka Dot Button Up Blouse 3x

This is such a cute blouse. Semi sheer (notice the hanger showing through the material in the photo) vintage cream color with black polka dots. The dots are actually sewn on, not part of a printed pattern. The neck is a button up and the sleeves have a cute elastic detail. There is a slight pleating detail across the chest.
