This vintage-style skirt features a very stretchy waistband with a flat measurement of 14 inches. Worn only once, it’s in like-new condition! The flowy shorts underneath the skirt layer add a cute touch, giving the appearance of a miniskirt while providing the comfort and coverage of shorts.
