Unique bag with matching purse

This bag unlike anything I’ve seen it’s made out of crochet plastic bags and crochet around the sides very unusual and beautiful the bag has no tag and no label so unable to figure out materials but it looks like plastic bags up-cycled it has what looks like a hair tie at the closing of the bag but you can change it out to something else The Bag is in good condition but does have some fraying around the sides where it is crocheted with yarn Measurements of the bag length 11 inches width 15.5 inches measurements of the wallet length 6 inches width 8.1 inches
