Unique blouse top made in India

This is such a unique and versatile blouse style top: it’s a 3/4 top and converts to a shorter sleeve (see picture with button- can roll it up shorter). Has a snap closure to close the top Each sleeve has a cute different color Worn once or twice years ago: still has the glue mark underneath the tag that I was not able to remove completely See no wear, except a pulled thread in the back (see last picture).
