Unique blue wrap top - two ways to wear!

Zara blue and white striped wrap top. Can we work with V neck to the front or high neck to the front (both ways!). Long ties make this too very flattering, highlighting the waist. The touched puff sleeves also add an element of style. Small damage on sleeve (shown in last picture)
