Unique cocktail dress from Thailand

I bought this dress in Bangkok on a hope and a prayer than I would lose 5 pounds and it would fit me perfectly. My weight went the other way #noshame and this unworn dress is now in the rear view. It says medium (Asian sizes) but fits like a US 2. The bottom will fit anyone but the top is better suited for a C-cup or smaller. It’s cool and unique and you know no one else will ever have it at a party, so hopeful that it goes to a good home.
