Unique dress tunic tank X-Large black and white

This is a beautiful in new like condition (I wore it once for 3 hours to my daughter’s graduation) dressy black and white tank with sequins around the collar and going down the front. This tank is lined as the first layer is sheer. Best part about this tank is you can wear a regular bra!!🎉( in my opinion anyways 😂) Please see the above photos for measurements and more details.
