Unique ruched top

Very unique top from ‘shop the neighbor’ this is truly an Xs fit. Although plenty of room in the bust due to the gathering, waist band and arm holes are small in diameter. Although they are elastic and will stretch, for comfort, I suggest 2-4 size Great with jeans. Bit cropped (will sit under belly button, but that’s it ). Sits at a true waist. 100%rayon 15 “ length
