Unique silver-toned bracelet with purple stones

Beautiful silver-toned bracelet that is plated (not sure of the material, as it’s difficult to read on the inside of the piece). The piece was originally made from cutlery. Gorgeous purple stones. Not sure their make up. Fits a 5-5.5 inch wrist. Slightly too snug on my 6 inch wrist.
