Unique skirt

Feel like a mermaid in this gorgeous, unique skirt. tassels, studs, lace, and velvet material. it has ALL the things. The tag says small but based on the measurements and how it fits me, I'd say it's more like a Large. it's has a little bit more stretch, maybe a couple inches.
