Unique small fashion nova elegant Black High-Low Skirt

Chic high-low skirt with a glossy finish. Perfect for formal occasions. This skirt is so cool, the scalloped trim is pretty awesome. I don't see any flaws, zipper works. I would say that it is very true to size as a small, I wouldn't try this as a medium. skirt sits a bit higher, so it's not a true waist measurement, but the band on the top is approximately 23" and has stretch. The front of the skirt from top to hem is approx 22.5" and the back of the skirt is approx 30" There is a sash at the back also that can be tied.
