Unisex KONG Dog Coat Size M Red and Orange

This is a pre-owned Kong brand dog coat. The exterior is red with orange stripes and reflective gray bands. The interior is black fleece. It features a velcro closure and a small pocket with a light. The size tag is missing. Measurements are in the pictures. There is a light that goes in the coat. It needs new batteries. I cannot figure out how to get the strip of lights back into the jacket properly. It can be used as a reflective jacket without the lights.
