90s super cool cream and red cape from United Colors of Benetton. Girls size Medium. Says it fits an 8 yr old. But who knows what that means today. it could very well fit an xsmall ladies all depends. I showed it on a ladies mannequin. shoulders are 15" across length is 17" and across the bottom is 30"
