Unknown brand (from a boutique) small navy polka dot sun dress

Small navy sundress with adjustable straps, comes to just above my knee (I’m 5’5”). Super cute and comfy. Worn twice, washed, crinkly from being in my “To sell on Poshmark” bag. Just don’t want to wear it out more by washing it again.
