Unknown brand soft turquoise jacket size L

No neck tag but tags inside say it is a Large. Beautiful turquoise color. Button up. 2 side pockets and two breast pockets. Lots of bling on the top part of coat. Even the buttons have bling! Stretchy. Very nice condition except has one small “bling” missing on should. See photo. I didnt notice it at first. Pit to pit is 21”
