Unsigned Bullicante Handmade Red, Blue, Green Vase

"Bullicante", translated from Italian means "full of bubbles". The artist created inside the layers of glass a decoration made of small bubbles of air. This is an excellent example of controlled dots / bubbles. Unfortunately the piece is not signed. I have done some research and it appears it may be Swedish. But I am uncertain, of origin of this piece.
