Unusual Sterling Ring / Pendant With Stone

Really different, the face of this ring pivots so that it can line up with the band, perhaps to wear as a pendant? The back side has a beautiful floral filigree design, so as a pendant, it could be worn 2 ways. The sides are done with a beaded effect. Stone is semi translucent, in an aquamarine colour, with reddish brown streaks. Very unique! Stamped 925. Size is a 6, but it fits me, and I usually need a 6 1/2 or 7.

papillon52 @sophieseashells the “face” part , including the beaded bezel measures 18mm NS, by 15mm EW. The inside of the ring part measures 18mm EW by 16mm NS, but the top where it meets the face is kind of squared off, which is why it fits a larger size, even though it measures a six on a ring sizer. I have another ring that does this; the finger is soft, and fills the extra space, so the smaller size ring still goes on. This one fits my finger, and I wear a 6 1/2 or 7.
