Unworn PAPILLON Summertime Maxi Dress Turquoise with Empire waist

I bought this brand new from a local upscale boutique brand new a few years ago and never wore it. Empire waist. Slightly gathered at middle of chest to allow a flowing silhouette. Fabric has some stretch to it, about 2 inches. Measurements laid flat one side, UNSTRETCHED: Pit to pit is 18.5 inches. Waist area is approximately 18.5 inches. Shoulder to bottom hem is 54 inches. Boosom area is lined inside with brownish fabric if you do not want to wear a bra. I find generally that Papillon is a smaller fit than alot of other brands. So check my measurements carefully please. Never worn. I found the boosom area was ok if you were a C cup and under. Otherwise I found it too revealing for me personally. Thanks for looking.
