Uoozzee dress/coat

I placed an order online from Uoozzee for the first time. I ordered this as a coat, but it is weighted as a dress. It is shin-length in the front, intentionally close to a foot shorter in the back. It has a collar that ruffles a little, and connects directly to the font which closes over to form a V-neck. There is a belt. It is unlined and black. It has never been worn, but has been washed. It was originally about $65. It is listed as XL, but fits more like a M-L. If you don't like the price I've listed, make me an offer.
