Upcycled & Reimagined Silvertone Necklace w Silver Blooms & 3 Crystal Drop

This pretty necklace came to me broken but it was too pretty to just give up on. I started by fixing the clasp & chain. Next, knowing I needed something to replace whatever used to drop down from the series of pretty, textured, silvertone blooms I began to experiment with a variety of ideas. I finally settled on the gorgeous drop of 3 different sized, multifaceted clear crystals held together with a silvertoned pin. I think it turned out beautifully & I’m glad I took the time to rescue it & give it a second life. I’m sure it was a pretty necklace to start with but it was of the mass produced variety. Now it’s completely one-of-a-kind, & with its adjustable length rings at the back it can be made a couple inches shorter or longer depending on what length looks best with your outfit. The silvertone chain & blooms & the clear crystals will go with absolutely any colour which makes it incredibly versatile & able to adapt to the different trends that will come & go in the future.
