The tie goes around the neck and it also has padded bra with some type of loop tie thing that is in the middle of the breasts. I will say that the bum elastic, while it is not gone at all, is just starting hence the great deal. But it still has lots of life to it. You just have to make sure your a true size 12 and it's all good. It's not wrecked or anything but I want to be truthful here.
