Uranium handblown art glass vase/decanter (water stained, minor scratches)

Measures approx 14-1/4” tall by 4-1/2” wide Thick heavy glass with smooth polished base Condition - good except that it is moderately water stained/cloudy and has some minor scratches inside the neck. Reflected in price. Note - we tried to remove the staining but it appears permanent.
