Urban Outfitters mini skirt in size large. The skirt is almost like a very soft and thin denim in a soft blue colour with an interesting floral pattern raised on the fabric. It’s 98% cotton and 2% elastane and it’s stretchy and comfy. Worn a few times but in great condition.
