The base of the dress is light blue, with red straps (non-adjustable), and is made from highly comfortable linen fabric. There is a zipper in the back. Shows minimal signs of wear. I'm selling it because it no longer fits. It was a perfect summer dress, great for warm temperatures and vacations.
