Urban Outfitters Kimchi Blue Floral Summer Dress

A Kimchi Blue dress from Urban Outfitters with a floral print, adjustable straps, a cute cut-out detail on the front above the chest, and shirring at the back. The fabric is very soft, light, and summery. I've only worn it once so the condition is like new. The tag says XS but the shirring makes the dress stretchy so it could fit XS - S. 100% Rayon.
