-Retailed for $89+ tax -Tagged as a size small from Urban Outfitters -This is a romper, not a dress. There is a piece of fabric that wraps over the front of the shorts. It is a v-neck wrap style -It has a tie along the back so it can be tighter at the waist. There are also 3 buttons on one side that you can undo to put it on -The base of the romper is brown and it has a white flower print all over it.
