Urban Outfitters - Peter Pan Tartan Dress

Adorable dress by Urban Outfitters Coincidence & Chance! I bought this for a Clara Oswald NOTD alt, but I don’t like how it looks on me. The pattern is a nice blue and green plaid with a navy peter pan collar. This dress is quite short, so I would not recommend for tall girls. The back is quite open as well. Condition is used but good! Make me an offer!!
