Urban Outfitters Plaid Mini Dress

Wow! This is a cute dress! But I actually wore it as a knee length skirt with tanks and sweaters over top. I wasn’t brave enough!! (It has a bit of stretch.) The colour blue looks fabulous with black! Pair it with boots! Size Medium.
