Urban Outfitters Tiered Floral Dress

This dress is absolutely gorgeous - the pictures don’t do it justice! Floral print with lace details and tiered skirt. Lace banding near the waist lets your skin show through. New with tags. I purchased this from UO for almost $95 after tax but haven’t worn it once since it’s too snug on me, so I’m finally letting it go. I’m a solid XS/0 at Aritzia for reference. This would be perfect for someone XXS or 00 in my opinion.
