Urban Outfitters black open back romper

Super cute high neck romper with an open panel in the back. Super comfy. I didn't dry clean this and it shrunk in the wash. It's still super flowy and open and baggy, it's just really short! I'm 5'4 and I would say it's slightly too short for my comfort level, would be so cute on somebody shorter or with a short torso, maybe a teenager who's still growing. In great used condition, no known flaws. Brand is Out From Under.
