Urban Outfitters navy velvet skort romper

You read that right ma'am, a velvet skort romper. I absolutely love this piece. It's in excellent condition, the color is stunning, it looks so cool, it's so comfortable, the sleeve details. 10/10 would recommend. For length reference I am 5'2.
